Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

3. Order Tracking

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first.
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal service.
If your package is lost, contact us at support@anni-rada.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you enter an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address or issue a refund.
6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you.
You may request a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund for the product (excluding shipping fees).
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 1 days of delivery at support@anni-rada.com.
We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses in certain locations.
